I can write Japanese kanji numbers using correct stroke order.

Greetings in Japanese, mark roll, rules. Give out Japanese books - doozo - arigatou (5 min)
Onamae wa: Onamae wa nan desu ka ____desu.  + gestures (5 min)

Revise 'suki/suki janai' as a whole group. (10 min) Ask students as a whole group, have students ask questions independently.

Calligraphy pens - writing Japanese numbers (15 min)

Sensei Game - hai/iie game.

Find a friend - partner game (10 min) Students share about a friend.  Peta Sensei wa _____ ga suki desu/ga suki janai desu.

Big Book – Focus language for the assessment (15 min)  Write which lessons they like and which they don’t.
